The Banksocial team is truly one of the best I have encountered. The in-app Live Support is amazing, and the social presence of the executives continues to instill the same type of confidence one would have with a traditional financial institution. The app is clean, easy to use, and has all the features I need for basic self-custody. Very excited to experience the coming security features being provided by Secura and DeRec!

The app seems to hang for a few minutes every time I open it. Can the developers have a look at this issue please. I am using a Samsung Note 10 plus, and I don't have this issue on any other apps on my phone.

App has been great, and customer service too! I'm sure the CX will be great as my time increases with BS.
