Took nearly 40 minutes just to deposit a check. The "back photo" would not take, when it finally did I got a "cannot process because your session timed out". I had to keep logging in and out (sometimes the back photo took, sometimes not)THEN after finally getting it to 'submit' without a timed-out msg (finally!) it said the deposit was invalid! This was immediately followed by an email from the bank saying they had received it. Seriously the Most frustrating app experience I have ever had.

Apple Bank mobile application features basic financial tools for account holders. Same mobile application, actually, links to Apple Bank's online site. Serious suggestions to the attention of Apple Bank's Corporate Offices and said application's tech developers ... enhance processing speed of all transactions. My family and our friends have been quite loyal Apple Bank customers, in excess of three decades, but do not intend to begin banking at a snail's pace. Thank you for prompt consideration.

Great experience so far ,i especially like no fees on my accounts and hi yeild addition is working, its about time that customers get a fair shake.
