I've been trying to apply. Sadly, the time i used UAE PASS to apply it didn't work. When i tried to apply using EMIRATES I.D. Option, it's just stuck on the page where it is showing how to scan the emirates I.D. with the phone's camera. It doesn't even go towards the SCANNING procedure.

The latest update of the app has introduced some more much needed features. But the app still is not complete and needs a lot of polishing. Hope they continue to develop and improve. Starting, stopping and modifying plans should be much more smooth and clean. P.S. Updated this review after resolution of some issues initially with duplication of scheme when applied online, obviously due to glitch in the app. Resolved with some back and forth with customer care but it took a month.

App is not found useful, I did purchase of extra savings bond with the app(after so many frozen issue of the app in between) . The amount is not reflected in my account even after two days, I am trying to reach them through mail, but they are not replying. So it's a double work. I think the workflow is not automated. This same worst experience I faced before also. I thought it might be because of first time and customer care agreed it will not happen again,but again I am facing the same issue.
