The Angkas app is a game-changer for getting around the city quickly and easily. It’s super user-friendly, making it a breeze to book a ride. You can even track your ride in real-time, which is really handy. A big thumbs up for offering discounts to Persons with Disabilities (PWD)! This makes Angkas not just convenient but also inclusive. The drivers are friendly and professional, and the motorcycles are clean and well-maintained. Plus, the pricing is clear.

So far, the UI is great and I like the overall feel of the application. I haven't encountered any major bugs other than issues with zooming in and out of the map when tracking the ride during or before the rider pickup. I would suggest returning the automatic "Student" option/button in the promos for those with student discount just like in the old app, so there is no need to type it manually each time. Other than that, the app is working well.

Since I'm not used to commuting, I often book mototaxi wherever I go. I always prefer Angkas over other mototaxis especially when I'm travelling late at night/early in the morning because I feel safer getting to where I'm going. Mostly riders have proper hygiene & they are friendly. So far, I haven't encountered anyone whose helmet stinks. Though sometimes I find it difficult to book especially during rush hour so I get booked to other mototaxis. Hope u have membership to offer discounts/voucher
