Unable to axcess BSB and account list on mobile phone.. had to go to webpage on laptop... not everyone is mobile phone savvy... also screen shot unavailable.. this is the only app I have ever seen with this option toggled off..

Forced to update and now can't perform any task at all. Can't make internal or external transfers, use BPAY or OSKO or set up payments. Quick Balance doesn't work. The UI is ugly, clunky, unintuitive and requires too many clicks to get where you want to go. The text is also too small. I'd give it zero stars if I could. Just plain terrible. Oh... and you have to manually kill the app to securely log out. I could go on and on... 🙄

Not a bad effort on the new version. A couple of frustrations is that there are two interactions needed just to log in - first to select 'OK' to the session timeout and then to select 'Login' to get to the biometric sign in. If I open the app I expect it to present me with the biometric login screen by default - just like most other bank apps. Also, quick balance doesn't work. When I log in I should be seeing my balance.
