Ratings and reviews

Verification email was not working. Can't use it. I've already hit 'Resend' three times, but still the emails were sent to me without any verification code. I've already approved my email app to show any pictures in those emails that might be blocked by my email app, but still no verification code info on those emails. Probably it is a bug in your verification system. Please check.

They charged for registering debit/credit card on the app, with an advertisement that it'd be returned within 14 days for Credit card. However, they didn't. Well I know it didn't cost that much. But I'm terribly disappointed with their customer service system & staffs. Everytime I open the chat, it starts a new season of chat, I've got to explain everything from the beginning all over again. The CS staffs are also very unprofessional, they ask unreliable questions, and then just left the chat.

The workflow is cumbersome compared to its competitor. You have to let the cashier key-in their code then verify then they have to write down the unique confirmation code and our email address. A process which should just be as easy as tap and go but it's not in this app. The cashback that's going to be awarded is not seen before payment is very bad practice as well. So user would have no idea how much they would actually get for the cashback using this app. Hope these are improved.
