Unable to connect to vci. Tried emailing a few times and never get a response.

As clear as mud on how to use the app for the basics like connecting the Bluetooth (listed under vci). It just says it is scanning and does nothing else. No other apps have this issue with my obd adapter.

I downloaded the app cause I hadn't been able to get the first HD mobile app. But I could not connect with the data link connector with the app. Do you have to buy a new data link connector or is the old one suppose to work with it?
