I wanted to shift bed and wardrobe only but I still have to pay price starting from 3500 and my location is from Buddhanagar to chandol. This is not legit. Please make service for low goods too.

I ordered a mini truck today at 9:01 am. Drivers were unavailable and I was told to wait as Trip Management Team in Upayacity Cargo would call me. My request was picked but I was called after almost an hour.I had already found another vehicle and headed to my destination. Either i should have been contacted earlier/immediately and been updated about my options..or I should have bern able to cancel the trip. when the drivers are not available..the comunication to client needs to be bit more fast.
