Extremely unhappy about the fact I'm being forced to download an application to register, which takes forever, and the registration process takes a long while thanks to the lack of good network inside the premise as well. Digitisation is good, but fully digitising everything is a pain and brands don't seem to understand the absurdity.

Otp doesn't work most of the time. Hate the fact that hospitals are now powered by apps, which in turn causes rise in all costs. Just send sms or email. Keep it simple.

App does not allow to provide feedback on doctor which is very unprofessional. In the app only good reviews are published for a doctor by cloudnine which is unfair.
