The TitanTV app on Android is a free mobile program and TV listings guide. The app provides easy access to broadcast, cable, digital cable and satellite channel lineups as well as customized user lineups from the desktop version of TitanTV.com.

Ratings and reviews

(Updated review) The Good - it's free, has most listings and is mostly accurate (OTA & cable, your mileage may very with internet based services), lists are customizable (from the website). The Bad - occasionally won't load until you logout and login again, occasionally jumps to random times, ads take up space (way too much in landscape, nearly unusable). The Wish List - ability to edit lists more from the app without the website, ability to see past listings beyond 1 day.

I have tried this app on both a Samsung Tab S3 and a Samsung S7. This app does not seem to be compatible with a screen resolution greater than 1920 x 1080. UPDATE: Two years after my first review, I tried again. It now handles higher resolution devices. In landscape mode though, the banner takes up the top third of the screen. The website is still better than the app.

Titan TV is the best TV guide I have found so far. Titan TV allows you to select which channels listings are or are not displayed However titan TV has one major flaw, for me at least... when using it often the app freezes at log in, and I must log out and log back in to have the app function again. I might have an outdated version of Titan TV, or I might have an incompatible Android phone, but if these are not the causes of the login issue, then I can only hope someone will fix the problem.
