It was irritating trying to use the application. I prefer the old way when I can see all the offers compare and decide

I booked a ticket over the app and they took the payment but with no actual ticket and without even notifying me that there's no issued ticked in addition to that, there's no option for you to cancel or issue the ticket using the app. Furthermore the refund process is taking 30 days ! So disappointing

This app is barely an informative app, reserving trips through is highly not advised, specially that you could big time get scammed. They give you a details of hotel that don't match at all with the real hotel information, you could very much end up in place that's 3 stars while in the description they tell you it is a 5 stars hotel.
