The e-check method no longer works. I tried it twice, but both times the transaction didn't go through after initial success. The app makes it incredibly difficult to confirm if you have entered the correct banking information and you cannot leave the screen at any time or you have to restart the process. On the second try, I managed to copy paste my banking info but it still failed to process it. I guess they really want you to use a credit card option with fees or maybe they want late fees!

After they send a verification code, it is not readily apparent where to put the code. It would be helpful if there were boxes, or lines and maybe it says "Tap here" and the keyboard pops up? It took me a couple of times to figure it out Otherwise, it's pretty good. If you make a mistake, it remembers the info, so you can just change what's wrong.

I disputed a ticket, waited for months to hear the verdict, only to get in the mail I owe $75, $25 added to the previous and nothing else. Don't expect a response or any kind of curtsy from this process or App. NY is cruel and greedy. This app is only good to pay tickets, won't be able to see full ticket dispute result or photos. It's just for payments, they don't care.
