Why is there no proper communication? Once the order was delayed by more than two weeks past the scheduled date, and even then, it wasn't completed it was just left pending, so I cancelled it. This keeps happening repeatedly. It seems like customer care doesn't care at all about our queries or grievances. Only the first time the call was answered and after that, there was no one picks up the call both the pickup guy or customer care. This is whole waste of time. Totally embarrassing

Worst app , don't sell anything in this app. I have booked an appointments / time slot to sell my phone. No one come for pickup . I tried contacting , but no response from them . I have wasted 3 hours waiting for them . Worst app no communication , no never ever use this apl . My location is unserviceable . So I selected nearest serviceble pincode. I travelled for about 50kms to and 50kms fro . But no one has come up for pick up . No response though phone / email . Worst experience
