The ONLY bedtime sleep app that I use to sleep in the dreadful silence. I cannot sleep without a loud fan (preferably box fan because it's loud) and a cold air current. So, I discovered this app during a power outage and I couldn't sleep. It is the absolute best app! There is a box fan sound but other sounds too if that's your need. Low med high volume controls. I also LOVE that you can set a timer! Such a useful component! This app is my go-to and will most likely be yours too! :)

Love the white noise from running fan (low, med or hi). Much cheaper than real fan & no cold air blowing around! Still like app when working (had since 2016), but lately (Sep 2019) it has been shutting off. This is annoying, as it wakes me, defeating the purpose. This was supposed to have been fixed a year ago - and it is now happening to my phone. Update: May 10, 2020. App shuts itself off about once a week now. I restart it, get back in bed and it shuts off - happens 3 times! See red!

It works great, I use it all the time. Definitely helps you get to sleep. However, the sound does not pause or stop when a phone call is answered. So you have to scramble to shut it off while straining to hear your phone call over the sound. Will give 5 stars if this can be fixed. Update: After years of using this app, it still does not detect phone calls. After the most recent update, there is now crackling-noise in the background. This is so distracting at night that I can't use it.
