I seem to be having the same problem everyone else is having. I got everything connected except the app is continually searching for a device and doesn't connect with the translator. Just a never-ending buffering. Seems like everyone's having this issue. Maybe somebody could look into it? It's a nice little product if it all worked together. Extremely frustrating to read all the issues with this app and disappointed

At the date of this review, I'm experiencing the same problem as many. When you open the app to connect to a new device (mine is the Silver), the app never registers connecting. I even went through my phone settings (Pixel 8) and was able to connect via Bluetooth, but again going into the app you remain stuck at connecting to the device. Seems fixable, just need the developers to do it.

Hardware is nice, packaging is beautiful. The app itself does not work. Same issues as all the other reviews that I am seeing. The device pairs but the connecting screen never goes away. I have removed the app several times and rebooted phone whilst doing this. Nothing worked. Phone shows all permissions granted etc. etc. etc. Glad I bought through Amazon. Will return.
