Stopped working :-( used to be great but doesn't play any of my UV titles. Been through online help twice but end up getting nowhere and being told someone will get back to me. Guess what? They never do. After some trial and error on other devices, it appears that the app is choosy. It doesn't work on my Sony Xperia, but works on my Honor. Also, the email inbox for technical support is full, and returning messages to sender .

It's really disappointing when a movie I buy uses ultraviolet for the digital copy instead of google play or iTunes. 3 of my purchases are listed as "unavailable" with no help from their customer support after multiple attempts to contact them. Half the time movies don't load, and when they do, there is lots of compression. No Android TV app so you are forced to cast for even worse quality. Thankfully, most of the movies I bought that use ultraviolet are also on Netflix so I'll just watch them there when I travel. It's like they want people to pirate.

12/02/19: Tried the app again, nothing has changed. Galaxy S8 also apparently included in the Android phones with limitations so cannot play HD videos. Odd how other more popular video apps manage to get around these limitations. Lazy app development, pure and simple. Low quality video, oversized black frame around the small pixelly video. On the plus side, my last BluRay purchade had a digital copy that let me download it using Google Play instead of FLIXSTER.
