I would like notifications to appear on my phone whenever transactions are done. Westpac app does this, I can't get this app to. Also the font of the account number is TO SMALL. The bsb and account number is basic and fundamental information, please makes it easier to read. One more adjustment, I would like to be able to rearrange my 'pay anyone' list. Happy overall. Good job.

This app is really starting to annoy me. For the passed 3 days, maybe 4 (I lost count at this point) the app has been inaccessible or awfully slow. It was disabled for maintenance at some point and now ever since, the app has been horrendous, and the whole purpose of having a banking app is for the pure convenience of not having to log in with member numbers and passwords and going through menus in order to do something as simple as transfer money. Frigging fix it already!

On Android 9 cannot register. No instructions how to register. App appears to have several bugs. Design is not functional. cannot find in play store. *UPDATE* Since calling the Credit Union, and attempting to register several times over the phone (it crashed multiple times), I managed to get registered. I pointed out two things I hope the developers will take notice of: (1) it is not possible to download the app from an overseas location; and (2) the instruction to "enter secure code" is highly ambiguous, as the "secure code" page within the app is blank. What they mean, but don't tell the user, is to go to your PC and use the VIP access or Symantec security system to generate a unique code, then enter that on the phone. Who would have guessed? In the end, it's not a bad app. I would prefer a 6-digit code though, and the instructions need to be re-written to make it clearer. Upgrading to a 3-star.
