Ratings and reviews

The Get Started feature goes straight to gathering KYC requirements. They don't offer a virtual card, so you need to order and have it delivered. For funding, they appear to treat debit and credit cards the same and charge 3% processing fee plus a buy fee. I didn't see an option for ACH bank transfers. They provide exports to csv and capital gains reporting. Those are two features that I haven't seen with other dealers. So far very nice.

I think this is great! I use it as a savings account. Put money in the account as gold and save it for emergency only easy to use the debit card if needed no problems with the app, no problems with the service. Best part is they dont charge premiums and add as much or little as you want. I highly reccomend, specially if your worried about the current state of affairs

I took a photo of my license and documents. It stated everything was reviewed and approved but I never received any more emails or notifications in regards to the debit card. And the app states my documents are still under review? Unfortunate because I was planning on making it my daily account 😮‍💨. Looks like I'm going back to Chime. However, I will note that it's a great concept and presented well.
