The app fails to load properly. I can't login, and even when I skip login, nothing loads. The app also keeps crashing. Poor build for Android, I guess 👎

Great app and leading in e-commerce in Lebanon, however you must find a more efficient and streamlined delivery. I ordered 6 items last week, so far I've received four of them SEPARATELY. Not very convenient, wastes time and money for delivering each item individually. I would prefer if all items (even from different suppliers) are collected and my order is delivered at once, one visit, one COD payment. The app is bit buggy (wishlist) and can be improved. I still prefer the desktop site. 👍🏼

Its quite obvious that you dont have a QA team. There is a lack of quality of life feature missing. The app constantly stops working and if someone is browsing a large number of products, it is constantly freezing and sometimes returning back to the start of the item list.
