This app is barely passing for me and only because seeing the balance (as long as you don't use checks) is helpful at times. I have an easier time using the Chase bank app. I like the set-up, (place, date, amount left and account effected all next to the event in view) better. Update: 6/5/2019 has improved. don't enjoy the long update/downtimes every once in a while but as long as I can get to my account balance it'll be fine for now. It's a reasonably good choice and experience in this area.

Cashing a check through the app is a 1 hour endeavor. If you don't have the pictures taken absolutely perfectly, not too bright, not too dark, no wrinkles, in under 10 seconds from logging in you are logged out due to "inactivity". Overall the process is extremely clunky and buggy. It would almost be more convenient to drive the two hours to the bank, deposit it, and drive back, with almost none of the frustration.

The app gets the job done, for what I need mostly. Although, it never fails, I always get kicked out or the pictures of the checks take about 10+ tries (not over exaggerating) before it deposits or I give up and have to go in the bank in person to deposit. What is the use of mobile deposit if it does not work the way it's supposed to. I don't have this issue with any other app, trying to take pictures of any legal documents, receipt, checks, or etc.
