Ratings and reviews

The fingerprint thing goes off every once in awhile but for the most part it and the app work great. I love being able to easily transfer balances from account to account. I only wish I could use my HELOC to electronically pay bills. It's only possible to pay bills by a physical check at this time, unfortunately. The app is solid in my opinion.

The app works great. I changed my rating from 5 to 4 stars because I would like to see a transfer feature that will allow me to transfer money between my financial institutions without the need to login to the desktop/web version. Very frustrating. One of my other financial institutions has this built into their mobile app and it is so easy to move money from there to 1st Source or to pull money from 1st Source to that financial institution.

My application has been "signing out" for two weeks. I cannot use the app at all during this time and have also uninstalled and re-installed the application thinking that would help. It is doing the same thing again after one use. Cannot do as much as some bigger banks apps, but that is expected. Eta. App usually works ok. Not great. This week it's taking a lot of extra time to load. Sleepy app. Please fix
