Extremely difficult to have npwp info updated. Took more than a month of supplying various info, pictures, etc only to have the CS person ended up saying couldn't continue with the update process. And this is because the self service feature was broken. It has been broken for months and has never got fixed.

Been lending my money here since 2020 so far so good, I only got 1 restructured loan but the case is over in about 7 months. UI quite good, but sometimes crowdfunding appear and disappear out of the blue so I have to keep watching the app every hour or so I don't miss good opportunity. Seeing the review from other apps where the main topic is about default while here it's mostly about UI/UX just show you guys did a better job 👍

After the upgrade, the app just keep on crashing. 1. The first time I updated, although I have logged on before, it wouldnt load. I uninstalled and reinstalled it. Now it loads. But it's so slow. 2. The portofolio part ALWAYS cause the crash. 3. When I explored other pages, the loading is so slow. I wouldnt care to comment if it isn't that bad. But it is. I'd rather have an app with simple interface but quick rather than a slow "super" app. Please fix this issue.
