Easy user interface allowing for a smooth and well explained transition between videos. The self help tutorial before you began the virtual experience was informative and easy to understand allowing myself to have an even more enjoyable experience while eliminating any questions I might have encountered before beginning the video submission and throughout the entire process.

I've tried multiple times and on two different phones to install this app and load up the link sent by the employer but nothing worked! Everytime I downloaded the app it crashed and went to a blank screen. I tried restarting my phone and going through different browsers (as suggested by their helpline) and nothing worked. By the end they clearly couldn't advise my why it wouldn't work on my new Samsung S24 ultra and said to try a new device ! Useless software and now I've missed out on a career.

Having the option to read the questions and think of your answers before continuing was a great factor in this process. Although the pressure was still there when answering to a screen. It did quite intimidating when seeing the times countdown at the top of the screen which in turn accounted for quite a few stutters and awkward pauses from myself. I am genuinely a positive confident person but I don't think I came across like a worthy candidate for the position.
