Nice features in theory and the hardware is good but this app is pretty bad. Let's ignore the extremely generic, hard to remember name and awful latency. Let's focus instead on the fact that touch control randomly re-enables itself, noise cancellation randomly switches modes, and tracks start playing or pause at random. The find my earbuds feature would also be great other than the fact that it doesn't work when the buds are in the case and the Google map doesn't actually work.

Terrible experience. The app loses the earbuds frequently and then when you select add new device it cannot find them. When the information and headphones are retained in the app they cut out VERY often and lose connectivity outdoors. This makes them pretty much useless. The worst thing is that the settings you select for the number of taps on each ear are not retained very long and it seems like every time they hook to a device or charge they reset themselves to factory. 6 months and $$ wasted

Headphones forget touch settings often. Usually easier to connect without the app, but not being able to pause/play by default is a mistake. I was struggling to even get the app to add the headphones after getting a new phone. I fixed that by allowing the app to use location features. Hopefully they figure this out at some point.
