About this app

This is the Lightspeed Voice app, designed to be a companion to Lightspeed Voice's web application Quantum. You can make and receive calls through our VoIP system, send and receive texts and emails, and perform your usual phone system actions like park, transfer, hold, and more. Additionally, you can view your switchboard and get live updates as your team members make and receive calls, and access your phonebook like you would through our web application.

Ratings and reviews

Unusable. Call quality is poor; customers are constantly complaining that I'm "breaking up". I end up having to use my private number. Incoming calls are delayed by as much as 5 minutes. The app should be pulled until major improvements are made. It reflects poorly on Lightspeed's otherwise excellent phone system.

Amazing app. Love how I can get ahold of clients anywhere I need to. Keep up the great work on the app.

Since the updates I cannot put any in bound calls on park/hold or transfer calls to someone's voicemail. I deleted it from my phone .
