Ratings and reviews

The bike is great, the app is buggy. The pairing sucks, the navigation in the app sometimes is unresponsive. I tried contacting the support in the app and it tried using a captcha but said java wasn't enabled, when it is on my phone. Copy and paste won't work in the message center after that, even after clearing the cache. If this many people have problems, consider making permanent fixes.

Purchased the Velotric Thunder 1 in May/2024. Main issue... the App will not maintain pairing to the bike. When I am in the middle of a ride. All ride data is lost. Also Walk-up unlock does not work. Lock after specified time does not work. Find my bike works. Fingerprint unlock works. Auto sensing front lamp works. The bike itself has no issues thus far (Motor, drive modes, brakes, gears). If Velotric fixes the App pairing issue it's a solid 9. The App pairing is what you paid for and it fails

My first impression with Velotric is not good I bought this Velotric T1 the 27th of April 2024 so many problems I change the IOT module thinking the bike will be repair still problem with pairing, the technician are not the capable. This is my first buy online e-bike and I will not do it again so disappointed. I have different E-bike at home one of them is the Creo from Specialized the other E-bike from Giant never have a problem.
