About this app

The My Parking Digital app caters for all types of parking: from commercial parking lots, to clinic / party parking lots.

Application features:
-> Control of parking vehicles;
-> Entry receipt with QR Code (more security for your customer);
-> At the entrance of the vehicle, the employee has two options to inform the license plate:
1- Enter the plate in the specified field;
2- Take a photo of the plate so that the system makes the automatic reading (in test);
-> Exiting the vehicle can be done in two ways:
1- In the Output option, with the reading of the QR Code;
2- In the Patio option, clicking on the desired vehicle;
-> Access control for administrator and employees. Ordinary employees do not have access to the administration area and do not see the amount collected so far (on the initial screen);
-> In the Administration area:
1- Reports: Generate daily and weekly parking control reports;
2- Daily history: It makes it possible to issue a 2nd copy of the departure receipt;
3- Method of charging and prices: Set the method of charging your parking. Currently 11 forms of collection are offered. If you do not find the ideal one for you, contact us ([e-mail]). If the parking lot is aimed at clients of a clinic or guests at a party space, you can configure the app to control the entry and exit of vehicles (free of charge);
4- Services: Register and manage the services offered by your parking (eg valet, washing services and automotive aesthetics, among other options);
5- Agreements: Register and manage your parking agreements;
6- Monthly Payers: Register and manage your monthly payroll;
7- Manage expenses: Register your parking expenses;
8- Manage employees: Register, edit and delete employees who can use the application;
9- Manage ads: Establish partnerships with nearby establishments. The announcements are printed on the receipt of entry, if the printing of the same is enabled;
10- Promotion: Create promotions for your customers. Define the number of accesses to the parking lot and what the customer gains when reaching that number. For example: on the customer's fifth visit to the parking lot, the first hour will be free or even the entire period;
11- Configure printer: Space reserved for configuring the bluetooth printer. For configuration, if the printer is not paired, click on the "Search and pair printer" button and follow the process for pairing to be performed. Right after, click on the "Select printer" button and choose the desired printer. Ready! That done, when you click on the "Test printer" button, a message will be printed. If the printer is already paired, just click on "Select printer" and choose the desired printer. On this same screen you will find information on where to buy the printer;
12- Other configurations: Space reserved for customizations and other configurations, for example: update of the parking name; option to enable the use of cards with fixed QR Code, instead of using the printer to generate the entry receipt; option to enable opening / closing the cashier; option to inform the model and color of the vehicle; options to customize the content printed on the ticket; among others.
