No fees, no late penalties.

Example: Borrow Ksh 7,000 with a total interest amount of Ksh 3,320 to be repaid over 258 days. The principal amount to be repaid is Ksh 7,000, and the interest amount to be repaid is Ksh 3,320. The interest amount is fixed and won't increase even if the customer's payments are behind schedule or if the customer takes more than 258 days to pay. There are no fees or late penalties charged -- the interest amount is the only cost of the loan.

Phone gets locked when finished paying, and also when download any app and clicked on it the phone goes off and on by itself. Sometimes paying becomes frustrating and when payed to you people it phone is locked,it takes another day before it unlocked. When you put phone off and on it it becomes slow and starts misbehaving. Bad things happen to always when I use it, up to now my gets locked when I am done paying.

I think this the worst financial lender,when you finish paying for your phone you qualify for a loan then after paying the loan on time they deny you another loan instead insisting you get another phone. Very useless business enterprise. So much disappointed in them. I cannot recommend to anyone. I have tried to reach out to the agent but the explanation and excuse they are giving is vague. I'm very disappointed.

at first then experience was good but am so frustrated that I struggled to finish the loan before time and at a good speed but they declined me an emergency loan because I have been their customer for over two years ...what kind of reasoning could this be ...I think the more you are a customer the more your creditworthiness is considered...then why force me that I must take another phone to have a loan yet the one I have is in very good condition... improve
