Ratings and reviews

Login is not working. When I tried to change my password after inputting my mobile OTP, nothing happened. One circle kept moving, and it said loading. This is happening for last one month. Rates increased, yet service quality worsened. That's KSEB.

Great improvement, its fast and useable. Feature request: 1. Consumption calculator - when I put in some components like Ac/fan and duration, I would like to see 2 month cost calculated. 2. An interactive tarrif chart for rate info to help save energy. 3. Scam alert page or notification for KSEB and Energy related scams

Modified app rarely works. Unable to sign in most time. There was no such problem with old app. Update looks good and have more options. Please rectify the said defect.
