About this app

Moto Camera Tuner 5 provides camera tuning updates to improve colour, contrast, picture noise, video noise, and sharpness. It is not a standalone app and has no UI. Rather, it applies these improvements to the camera hardware so that any app that uses the camera will be improved.

Moto Camera Tuner 5 is posted as a Play Store app so that you don't have to download a full phone system build in order to access these updated updates.

I have the Motorola Moto g stylus 5g 2023 and I shoot with photo Ai optimization turned on and HDR turned on in the settings and the photos have a beautiful natural looking color to it also the photos have made a great improvement in daylight photography they look natural a little bit over sharpened and the shadows can be a bit darker than normal but not in all situations but overall the camera has made wonderful improvements I love the photos being so natural and true to life

Hi! On my Moto 54g when I have rear photo resolution 'standard' and when I zoom in from the app then the camera is not able to focus properly any more and images come out blurry. If I don't use the zoom then the camera is able to focus correctly. Could you do something about this issue? If I change rear photo resolution to 'high' then camera focuses properly even when I use zoom… but the photos are oversharpened. Moto 54g, Android 13, build no: T3TD33.16-66-3

Hi Kaarel, can you please let us know the build number for your phone software (Settings > About phone > Build number)? This will help us check this on our side. Thanks!

Low light images are good and OIS is very impressive. However the daylight pics are bad (surprisingly). It is overprocessing images, and and many pictures turn out to be very artificial looking. Sometimes People come out looking pale & flat, greens are unnaturally fluorescent and eye-hurting. Sent them email with images attached and got the response asking to send pics. Apparently they are not even checking but just have bots responding.
