Very simple yet very efficient to use and book schedules. They should have made it clear that the appointments were 24-hour clock or help us with a.m. or p.m. I missed the first schedule because I was new to the app and it don't have prior knowledge of the same but for the glitch, once I understood the format, I guess the usage was pretty seamless. The app is certainly amazing.

These reviews criticize the UI, UX, and NOT the services the App provides. The UI/ UX team probably had to work very hard to create such an awful experience. How can something as simple as an ride scheduling App have such terrible and unintuitive design and experience. Desperately needs a complete overhaul. The latest update makes everything only worse!

Jan 16th review: The pick time of other users need to be shown. This feature was available earlier. Please add it back. Otherwise the interface looks good Old review: You were showing all the pickup points in the app. Now it all stopped. You went backwards. Only showing my pickup and drop. Please show all pickup points. Thx
