App is a waste of space. Can't even register as a new user, enter my info, click submit and immediately app closes. Same thing an the website can't register

I have an issue when I'm trying to register as a new user on the app. After I fill out the info and click the submit button nothing happens. I'm not sure if it's because the 'submit' button is grey but that's my current issue

Horrible. I'm traumatized by the experience. App needs to be updated or something, it's not showing my contributions now I can't log on.
