I funded my wallet with $150 using bank transfer. It showed transaction completed but my card balance was not updated. I contacted the customer care and I was told to fund my account again. Imagine that! How will I fund my account again when the first transaction did not go through? Tell me! This is my first time using this app. So poor!

Best user experience for paying for anything online. This app makes everything that takes a lot of steps seem effortless. I can probably create a virtual card and fund it in less than 30s. That's how seamless the app is🔥🔥🔥

I have had a great experience so far. From using it as a wallet and as a card provider. The fee on card funding was a bit off to me at first, but then I realized that other card providers charge exponentially more than that by using unreasonably high exchange rates for naira to dollar conversion.
