I found Bodmoo to be quite disappointing. The app's interface is unfriendly and difficult to navigate. Tracking ordered items is nearly impossible, and reaching customer service only leads to redirection to obscure websites. It's a hassle when you can't connect with a representative. I suggest opting for local outlets for car parts; the prices and quality are comparable, if not better. Save yourself the wait and opt for local service.

Glad I did not instantly review boodmo from one experience. It was a great app to buy parts and service your own vehicle because you know service centers are pure sht. They kept almost all the parts and the unique parts too. I had one bad experience with brake fluid. Got damaged one without a seal but they refunded the amount after a dozen emails. That's fine. The reason for 2 stars is because all the awesomeness about boodmo is gone. Everything is now currently unavailable. The end.

Worst service...No customer support..No tracking details. It only says processing. I had ordered v belt on 7th may 24. It was showing delivery on 13th may then it changed to 18th.then again it started showing 24. It also charges unnecessarily..it has added rs 173 as platform fees..which nowadays no shopping app charges..dont install. No star rating.
