We had great experience with this app until this January. Now whenever we try to do a mobile deposit the camera has a dark filter that comes over it and it's too dark to capture the image. This is for both my phone and my husband's phone. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. It allowed me to capture one check and then went to the dark filter again. Incredibly disappointing to not be able to access a feature we used often.

The app is somewhat unreliable. Sometimes it takes several tries to log in, though this has improved since the last update. Sometimes it will kick you out for no reason. When trying to use the deposit check function, it will give error messages and the attempts fail. if you keep trying over and over you can sometimes get it to complete the function. The overall concept for the app's functionality is good, it just doesn't always work in its execution.

I don't understand all updates constantly causing the app and online banking to not reflect information correctly. I don't see what needs to be fixed so often. I haven't had any issues with the app except everytime you guys work on things and it's super inconvient not being able to see real time transactions and the correct info until you fix it. Please just leave the app alone. Its great the way it is. I hate having to call on the phone everytime online and the app get "fixed" for several days
