Once you’re booked on a cruise, plan your entire vacation from the app. Reserve shore excursions for every port, purchase or upgrade beverage packages for endless toasts, and internet packages to stay connected while at sea, though the app is free to use on ship Wi-Fi.

Put together a relaxing spa day... or days... and make dining reservations at distinctive specialty restaurants. Explore other pre-cruise deals in the casino, check out VIP Passes and make your cruise truly special with gifts and gear. And don’t forget to link reservations with your travel party so you can make plans together.

Set sail like a pro

As your cruise approaches, use the app to check-in and qualify for the fastest boarding experience. Before you head to the terminal on boarding day, begin your mandatory safety briefing and access your set sail pass.

To plan all the fun, find all the shows and activities in the Daily Planner and build your personalized calendar. We’ll even remind you with a notification when you have plans.

Be sure to smile for the camera because you’ll be able to view, purchase and download your photos right from the app (on select ships). Use the app to find your way around with detailed deck maps and chat with your travel party through group or 1-on-1 chats. You can track your onboard expenses in the app (or not... you’ll be on vacation, after all) and learn how to book your next cruise while onboard for the best deals.

After your cruise, you can continue to track your loyalty status and perks, keep up with the latest and greatest from our family of brands in the video library, and start planning and booking your next cruise. Because we know this won’t be your last!

Ratings and reviews

The functions offered by the app are really thoughtful. The problem is they don't always work. You have to close app and open, restart wifi, and still some options stop working. I could not access deck plans for the last 3 days. Chat is a useful option, especially when you don't have a cruise phone plan. Unfortunately, it would be delayed and the recipient not get the message for 30 min. Some mornings I received all my messages from the previous days again. Having the menus was a nice plus.

The app has lots of good information but lacks other good information. It is sluggish even when on board the ship. For the information that is available, it isn't very user-friendly. Because very little is in-depth, for example charge card "details" are listed but are non-existant. Many options should require a single button touch rather than two or three, especially when the end result doesn't provide any information. Much of the app information is generic for multiple or even all cruises.

The app kept freezing and I would have to close it out completely to move around it multiple times in one sitting. I also noticed that some activities I had added to my calendar from the daily planner were removed without me removing them, so I almost missed out on activities I wanted to participate in. I appreciated that the time was always correct in the app with the times changes we had and was able to be on time for every reservation.

What's new

With this release, we added the option of placing a courtesy hold on a cruise while you're exploring vacation options. We also improved the app’s speed and usability, and fixed bugs. Make sure you turn on auto-updates, so you can keep up with all the ways we improve the app.
