Sadly, the new app replaces the old one, and its performance, interface, intuitiveness, and ease of use went from a 5-Star to a 1-Star experience. Pictures are now skewed. Interface makes no sense. It feels like something from 15 years ago vs. a new, modern app. They literally destroyed something that was working. I am shocked at how bad this app is. Maintaining a cleaning schedule for our properties is the top priority other than Guest's safety. This app is hardly useful for property owners.

RC is required by my employer and it is good in theory. But I am constantly having to uninstall and reinstall it. At first it was only occasionally but now it's been 3 days and I cannot access my calendar. All my cleans are going red and I have no way to check in/out to correct this. Not a good app unless they can fix these problems. I am tired of it.

Just downloaded it and it immediately froze. I love the service itself so far but it doesn't seem like I can really use it on the app. Limited to being able to use it on a browser on my laptop which is a little bit inconvenient. But I would have to say no to the app.

Hi Chris, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Part of the permissions settings of the Android operating system are conflicting with the app functionality.
