The excellent service, valuable and friendly customer service, the simplicity, and the easiest to understand the apps, I would like to appreciate it. but I would like to suggest is that in Aljazira smart apps in self service, the Id expiry date updating process if improve like Al Rajhi bank,SNB bank etc so it will be very helpful for the customers.

Very bad experience very bad service of alhazira staff I g have application but not send money to our country reason my application open ever time ask account configuration but I visit branch but not solve my problem

I've been with the bank for some time, ever since the upgrade to android 14 and the app has been extremely diffucult to use, when it works it's great, but getting it to work is the issue.
