After working with tech support.. we were able to verify the internet connection was present and the app was not the issue. The device had old firmware on it that wouldn't allow the app to progress. Tech support was able to remotely update after I was able to give them the serial number of the device. The app was not to blame in this case and it works as intended. Thank you to the tech support team for responding to my request and helping me get the issue resolved!

Terrible. Absolutely appalled at how horrendous it is to use this app. I changed my wifi password, and wasn't able to connect with the clock to change the wifi settings. So I factory reset it, and the setup process has been impossible. Doesn't connect to Bluetooth, which is necessary to set up, but then skips to the step where it connects to wifi. Have to factory reset it again and again. The clock costs $200, right? Trash. Where is this money going to?

I confess I never really used the app except immediately after I got the clock to get it all set up. Always had trouble with Alexa, bluetooth has been pretty hit or miss, alarm options aren't great, and right now it's persistently erroring out.
