"New Improved" sucks worse than the original. It logs you out while you're still working in it saying logged out for your safety during inactivity. Can no longer pay bills to vendors that were available before. No way to see favorites for bill pay or transfers even after you add one Any favorites you had are not accessible in the app Ssssllllloooooowwwwwwww very bad implementation

The app is bugged. All of a sudden, it just won't let me into my account. I am able to log in, but right after authentication, it closes out on its own. Then a pop-up window comes up saying the app is bugged, asking me to clear cache or reset the app. Went ahead and tried those, but the same problem persists. This is a banking app that people need to be using frequently, hence, it needs to be stable. The previous version is obviously a lot more reliable compared to this. Very disappointing.

The worst app. You cannot rely on this app in case of emergency. Have 2 internet connections and both are working fine. When accessing the app, it will take 1 to 2 minutes to login, another minute or two to access the Transfer menu. Same amount of time to go to "Transfer to other" menu. After entering the amount and the reason of transfer, you will wait another 2 minutes just to confirm it. After confirming, instead of receiving the OTP, it will just logs you out. No luck for 7 hours onward.
