I've been using Shiprocket for my business, but recently, the service has been disappointing. Here are the main issues: Frequent Delays: Shipments are often delayed, causing problems with my customers. Customer Support: Slow and unhelpful responses from customer support. Tracking Problems: The tracking system provides outdated or incorrect information. Package Handling: Several packages have arrived damaged.

Used this app for almost 3 years for my small business. Initially it was good. Lately, since the past few months the service is terrible. Shipments returned back without delivery attempts, false excess charges for weight discrepancies, no response to tickets, they just deduct the money from the wallet without any notice and then the customer service is extremely terrible too. They don't resolve any tickets and it's been frustrating.
