Extremely inconsistent interface e.g. phone back button doesn't work and you have to go back to top of transactions to return to previous. Financial management app is verging on useless - continually forgetting account logins or removing them from being displayed. Accounts are sometimes duplicated leading to confusion. On the other hand doesn't obviously have basic features like charting an individual account over time, which was a capability in the website 20 years ago but long disappeared.

Just loads forever. I need this app for exactly one reason: to deposit a cheque, and I can't do that now. Edit: The trick is to clear your application cache and data. Leaving this at 1 🌟 because this still needs to be fixed. Edit: Okay... I didn't think the web/desktop version had check deposit because none of my other banks did. You get some stars back for that, Stanford. (thanks!)

Some things work fine, but some lesser-used features, like linking an external bank account, are only half-implemented?! For example, app actually says "A bunch of agreement verbiage goes here." instead of showing the agreement text. Clicking continue button results in infinite swirly wait icon instead of doing anything. More testers needed, please.
