It's the worst app ever. DOB changes to a previous day when entered. Postcode duplicates when entered. Payment process painful. Seat selection buggy. As a flight company they are excellent, but the dev team did not test this app properly at all.

It's not a low cost airline, it's just a rip-off. They have "clickbait" prices, then you end up paying much more once you book. You have to scrutinize the booking like a lawers contract, as they have many add-ons autochecked. I ended up paying for an insurance I didn't want, while for a return ticket my check-in luggage was purchased for one way only! At the return, they charged me 3 times more for a 9 kg suitcase (they only have a 20 kg charge!). I wish I had bought a proper airline...

The app won't open at all, just stays on the loading screen.
