App itself functions fine. However there is a major flaw with the subscription redemption functions. If you get to the car wash and their internet provider is working on thier lines you will be cheated out of your wash code. The kiosk will not warn you electronic payments are down. Once you are provided the code there is no way to back out without losing it. So if at the location you're at the kiosk won't validate the code, the app won't let you opt to not use it and you lose your wash.

Bought a VIP package and it says I have to complete it on this app. I did that but my subscription isn't on it. How am I supposed to use my subscription? Nothing in app to help with this question.

Worst app. Try to make an account and verify email. Link doesnt work so you cant verify email or make an account. Terrible app.
