My experience with Key has been bad. I used the app to book a car for 1 month on 05/03/2024. On the app it accepted my money and my application to hire the car. There was no mention that if you have an iqama they will not accept international drivers license. When I got to the office, they told me that they cannot give me a car because of this. They couldn't refund me immediately (while they took my money immediately). I only got part of my money 10 days later and SAR76.50 short. Not recommended

Amazing potential. Crashes often stops working when i try to pay. At least shows prices.

You really should invest more in the app. it lags and crashes and loads forever I've been trying to book a car for 2 days now and whenever I reach to payment it never goes through????? Do u want me to rent a car from you or what?
