About this app

Uttar Pradesh Government has launched the mobile App for registering citizen's grievances/suggestions. The Mobile App is linked to the Jansunwai(IGRS) portal of Uttar Pradesh Government, where grievances/suggestions can also be registered through Web (jansunwai.up.nic.in). A fast and user-friendly interface has been provided for registering and tracking of grievance through mobile phones. Each Grievance will be provided a unique Reference number. Citizen can use this reference number to track progress of grievances, send reminder & also for giving feedback after disposal. After successful registration, the reference will be automatically forwarded to the concerned officer for redressal.

it is a good job by up government, but all department officers are time passing, they never solve the problem, they give justification and suggestions and close every complaint. By this way no one can get any type of help.

This is made with Lots of departments and all is given in Hindi. Which i never relate with name so please make it english also and make some free text also like UP Rera etc if i type so it can show its Departement name also. This App is bit useless for me as i am not able to file complain on UP Rera departement and his Slow working process

I have just downloaded the app and when I am registered new complaint it is showing new version available please update and when I am clicking on update there is no update please fix this issue. Thanks and regards
