Hama Pay is a “Kora Remittance Service” that allows you to send money between individuals up to 100,000 yen per day free of charge.
You can conveniently use your Bank of Yokohama account to exchange money, such as touch payments at shops where you can use "iD" and deposits (charges) to transportation IC cards.
● Selectable payment method
1. touch payment
It can be used at stores with the iD mark.
You can pay by holding your smartphone over the reader in the store. You don't have to worry about using too much because the payment will be within the precharged balance.
*You need to apply for touch payment on the app (registration is free. Anyone over the age of 13 can apply).
You can also use the prepaid card issued by the app at Visa e-commerce merchants.
2. bill payment
You can make a payment by scanning the QR code/bar code printed on the fixed asset tax, automobile tax, etc. tax payment slip printed with the unified local tax QR code (eL-QR), and various payment slips.
There is no need to go to financial institutions or convenience stores, and you can easily pay at home.
*Please check the Bank of Yokohama website for payment slips that can be used for payment.
3. code payment
It can be used at stores with the Ginko Pay mark, such as Hama Pay and Yucho Pay, and stores with the Smart Code mark.
You can pay by presenting the barcode/QR code at the store or scanning the barcode/QR code. Money is easy to manage as payments are made directly from your account.
