NOT Made by Amazon!!! Basically a click bait web browser. Rarely leave bad reviews but this is basically signing into your kdp desktop through a browser but with tons of ads. Could get behind this IF your experience was mobile ready but it's not! So you can use Chrome on your phone and do same thing with no annoying ads all over. Accidently clicked on Instagram and it launched my IG app within this app. Then, there was no way to go back. Had to close the app and relaunch it. SO bad!

It's okay at best. I can see/track my sales day to day which is cool. But only for the current month. So if it's the 1st and wanna see how I did last month, I have to use the graph chart and count. As well, when I open the app I always have to open it twice. Once to get it primed, I guess. Then I gotta hard close it. Then open a second time to get it to fully open.

Absolutely terrible service. I changed the release date for a preorder and had screenshots showing the new deadline, and they cancelled my pre-order early due to the original deadline only to make it next to impossible to contact customer service. This isn't the first time I've had issues trying to contact them either, which makes it even more ridiculous.
