After update, the apps always shows no internet connection even though the internet works well, while the other movie ticketing app works fine.

Dont have any information how to top up balance mtix point. Then when chat with CS, the answer is very poor, unsolved answer and no humble at all

Top up interface is slow and unwieldy. I have yet top up successfully using the app, it fails all the time. Topping up on the web interface works all the time without issues. Ticket buying and reservation is quite good and seamless...Just the top up function is utterly useless.
