Ratings and reviews

It does not have our address on the app and has an option to add address. It says it will take 4 working days to have your address added. I have done tried to add our address weekly for the last 3 months and still no reply and still our address is not on the app. I'm guessing no one monitors the app so am just going to delete it as it's pointless.

The reminder is not reliable (sometimes I get the notification and sometimes no) but it's a great app that does the job. I appreciate the lookup section to see what goes where, and the schedule updates too.

Never seems to remind me at the set time to put bins out or bring them in. Now it has a "technical" issue and just gives a black circle of spinning death. So glad to see my rates money being so well spent. Its now been over a week and still no progress made on that at spinning circle of death. Can now say the "technical" issue has been resolved after about another week. The developer has given some advice on getting the reminders to work better and it appears to be doing a better job.
